Immergut goes ZP Nord!

Back from the ZP Nord trade fair!

We were recently at Zukunft Personal in Hamburg, one of the leading trade fairs for HR management and development! Our Immergut employees Katharina and Melina took a look around, particularly in the areas of training and health protection.

They were particularly impressed by the innovation in the digital sector: they discovered VR instructional videos that take learning to a whole new level, as well as the possibility of 1:1 language courses - an individual and effective method of improving language skills.

We have taken a lot of input with us to develop further. The focus is clearly on offering our employees the best and 2024 will be our year of optimization in these areas!
